Today, China Telecom mobile operator announced the launch of the Huawei Ascend Y635, a new 5-inch smartphone that brings mid-range specs as well as a pretty accessible price-tag. We also get to know that this new device is running the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system with no plans for the moment to the 5.0 update even if we get Lollipop buttons below the screen.
Huawei Ascend Y635 brings a 5-inch LCD display with a FWVGA resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) proceesor clocked at 1.2 GHz (64-bit support), 1 GB fo RAM, 4 GB space of internal storage, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing sensor.
We get dual-SIM support, LTE Cat.4, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, a microUSB v2.0 port and a 3.5-mm audio jack. Huawei Y635 brings a 2.000 mAh battery and the EMUI 3.0 custom interface. However, there’s no words on the price yet.
