In May this year, the Chinese company Smartisan announced a pretty interesting smartphone called T1. This device that can be placed in the mid-range segment, will soon be available on other markets too. The first one on the list is Japan, country where the Smartisan T1 will be sold starting October for a $480 price tag.
After this availability, Smartisan could also expand on a larger market, more precisely in US, but nothing is clear for the moment. Getting a little back to the company’s first smartphone device, you must know that this one packs a 5-inch Full HD display, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on front and rear facing panels and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 CPU.
There’s just 2 GB of RAM memory coupled with 16 or 32 GB space of internal storage. As many other devices, Smartisan comes with Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC, WiFi, and a 2.750 mAh battery. Even if the specs are not so bad, the price seems to be a little bit higher. Probably a price cut will be nice once the device goes to other markets.
