Here’s yet another rumour related to a HTC Android device, this time a pretty powerful smartphone, dubbed the HTC Scorpion (and codenamed Olympian). Although we have no pictures to look at, we’ve got some info on the device, that will be hot, judging by its 1.5 GHz CPU.

It’ll also run the yet unreleased Android 2.2 OS and support WiMAX connectivity. We don’t even know if the device exists or not, but it sure sounds good. The source of this info comes from AndroidSpin, that got hold of a build file from the Scorpion device.

This leak is not about images or videos, just text, as you can see in the lines below. Apparently this huge chunk of code indicates that we’ll be seeing an Android 2.2 handset with WiMAX and a 1.5 GHz Snapdragon CPU soon… Real or fake?
