Since MWC 2010 kicked off today, there’s no point for Microsoft to hide, so they’ve just let slide the so-called “Turtle” phone in the loving arms of the FCC. If you remember, this handset was pictured by Gizmodo, as a concept, a couple of months ago.

Turns out that their renders were 100% spot on and we wonder if this will also be case of the Pure handset, accompanying this device back then. Apparently, Turtle is somehow related to Project Pink and Windows Mobile 7 (Windows Phone 7 Series) and in case you didn’t know, the device is made by Sharp, just like the Sidekick models.

Aside from this being a slide dual band CDMA phone with Bluetooth and WLAN we know nothing about this mystery device, but MWC 2010 will surely reveal the needed info.
