After introducing LG Remarq yesterday, the company also announced the LG Cosmos model, pictured below and coming soon to Verizon’s portofolio. Available starting tomorrow, March 25, the handset is a basic slider with a full QWERTY keyboard and a metallic finish.

LG Cosmos features GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, IM features, social networking (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and more), a one touch speaker phone and 1.3 megapixel camera. Web-based email is also among the features, as well as noise reduction and we found out that Verizon will sell this device for $29.99 with a 2 year contract agreement.

The carrier also announced plans to launch an eCommerce service this Spring, working with Danal Inc. Known as Danal BilltoMobile, the new service will include a $25 per month spending limit, charging online purchases on Verizon Wireless bills.
