Unlike the Apple iPhone that hit France exclusively through Orange, Google’s Nexus One was made available in this country via Orange, SFR and now Bouygues Telecom. The handset will hit Bouygues at the end of April and you’ll be able to purchase it from the carrier’s online store or directly from the retail locations.

For those of you in France right now and planning to get a Nexus One, here’s a quick rundown of its specs: a 3.7 inch capacitive AMOLED touchscreen display, a 5 megapixel camera, a Snapdragon 1 GHz CPU, 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, a 1400 mAh battery and Android 2.1.
