Nokia posted yesterday a countdown clock on its webpage, probably preparing for the launch of a new product. The screenshot below shows what it’s all about, while experts claim that we might be dealing with a brand new Messaging service or maybe the launch of a new smartphone.

Eldar Murtazin says that Nokia plans on integrating Ovi Maps with Messaging, but some folks say we’ll see Nokia N8 Vasco getting launched today. This might be big news, specially since we’re talking about a handset with a 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen display and a 12.1 megapixel camera with HD video capture and Xenon Flash.

There’s also global roaming on board, plus 3G connectivity, FM radio, a microSD card slot, an ARM processor and Symbian^3. More info will be provided later on, today.
