The first Windows Mobile 6.5 screenshots have just surfaced and be careful and cover your eyes, as they are steaming hot. There’s an air of Zune in one of the two, which might mean that we’ll see features borrowed from Microsoft’s player and integrated into the Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphones. If this can be done, I expect some Xbox love to be shown as well…

However, the famous grain of salt pops up again and we have to say that the screenshots look suspicious, as the “Today” icon is taken from OS X, being the “Home” icon of that operating system. Bad day for a prank if it is one, although it’s very well done, if so… Steve Ballmer, come on, reveal WM 6.5 to the world, will you?
