Last we heard, Moto canned all plans related to the RAZR series, but apparently, the RAZR V3 model (codenamed Ruby) was recently leaked online in a bunch of live pics. As far as we know, the device was cancelled back in 2008, but we wouldn’t mind if the RAZR series came back to life.

Rumours say that Moto is working on some RAZR prototypes right now, with bugs and kinks to be fixed before releasing dummy units for testing. The only problem with such elegant and thin handsets is the fact that they should be able to match today’s specs and customer desires. Everyone wants smartphones, but these images show a pretty outdated handset…

Will an updated RAZR, possibly with Android on board conquer the US market?
