If you were wondering what Apple would do without the iPhone, here’s the answer, through a revenue pie chart shown below. Notice the 40% slice associated with the famous handset, that’s an important cash cow for the Cupertino giant.

We’re curious how this graph will look in a year or two, when the iPad will start to matter financially. Macs are still going strong, with 28%, but still, the iPhone is the central product for Apple, since it gets more exposure than the rest, a better image and has a bright future ahead.
