There’s a new beta of Android 2.2 Froyo for Google Nexus One available, thanks to a source at XDA Developers. The new ROM is version FRF72, possibly the same build available for Google employees last week and one that requires FRF50 to be installed first.
The new ROM has been available for a little while now, so there’s no telling what’s new compared to FRF50. You can download FRF72 beta from here, in case Google doesn’t decide to take it down, in which case there’s the list of mirrors from here. Instructions on how to install Android 2.2 manually are available at the Android Community.
