Don’t put your hopes up for a spectacular BlackBerry Storm 3, as a recent slide leak shows that the device is very much an upgrade to the Storm 2. This refresh runs BlackBerry 6 and it comes with double the RAM on Storm 2 (512MB), plus a 5 megapixel camera (upgraded from the previous Storm model) and WiFi 802.11n.

A new WebKit-based browser is also on the leaked slide, plus a “coming soon” 3G mobile hotspot feature, that’s hot on Android handsets right now. If this phone debuts at Christmas time, it might not make that big of a splash, but we can only hope for a miracle feature to surprise us all.
