Samsung Galaxy S Forum recently published the final launch date of the Froyo upgrade for Samsung’s famous smartphone. Turns out that the Galaxy S will get Android 2.2 on November 11th, after Samsung pulled the Froyo update files from its servers because of system bugs.

Final version of the update is coming to all carriers without delays this time (we hope so). 11th November applies to the US and UK carriers, with the rest of the world following soon after. The update is said to make the device more stable, smoother and with better loading time. Wouldn’t it had been easier to cause another delay and reach out into the Gingerbread update?
