Samsung Nexus S wasn’t all that impressive, although it had a lot of promise and now since LG has a dual core smartphone already announced, Samsung must one-up them ASAP. One solution would be launching a follow-up for the Samsung Galaxy S model, that is scheduled for a MWC 2011 announcement, according to South Korean publication Chosun Ilbo.
Rumor has it that the new Galaxy S model will run Android 2.3, it’ll feature a dual core CPU, a gyroscope and NFC Support. While CES 2011 debuts on January 6th in Vegas, we’ll have to wait at least one more month, till Mobile World Congress debuts in February. Let’s see if this baby has enough power to become the handset of the year.
