Nokia N85 has just hit Amazon.com for an unbelievable price, $556. This applies to the unlocked version of the phone, but the one that comes with a contract will probably cost $100 less. This is the first consumer AMOLED handset that reaches the States and it’ll be available at some point during this month (officially).

If you’re interested in this device, but don’t know much about it, you should be aware that N85 features an AMOLED QVGA screen (2.6 inches, 240 x 320 pixels resolution), 3G/HSDPA connectivity, a 5 megapixel camera, GPS, WiFi and Symbian S60. There’s also support for geotagging, Bluetooth and the Nokia hottie will arrive with a 8GB memory card.
