Who said that the iPad 2 mania is limited to the States? The product just entered Europe hours ago and thanks to the guys of Mobilissimo.ro we caught a glimpse of the hype surrounding the product, at least in its debut in Germany. Hundreds of people waited in line for the device and they shouted and rejoiced when it was made available.
Alin Vatamanu reported from the scene and provided these pictures and the video, for an insight into German passion for Apple. The iPad 2 was launched at local time 17:00 and the fans who were waiting for hours rested their legs either by sitting on the floor, on papers or on folding chairs.
In the meantime, they were offered tea and coffee by the Apple store salesmen. As the moment of the debut approached, everyone chanted “iPad Zwei” (iPad 2) and applauded.
