If you’re looking for a tiny (we would say girlie) phone, then the Xperia X10 Mini and the QWERTY version, X10 Mini Pro are for you. Now, the last of them is bound to get a successor, that’s pictured below. Known as SK17i, or under the codename Mango, this device doesn’t have any specifications accompanying the pics, yet…

The X10 Mini and X10 Mini Pro were very original back in 2010 when every phone maker was racing to launch a handset with a bigger screen diagonal, sometimes even reaching 4.3 or 4.5 inches. These models ran Android 1.6, but the newcomer is based on Android 2.3 and the good news is that the OS is not customized, as Sony Ericsson has the tendency to spoil the original Android experience a bit.

We have no idea how large the new Xperia model will be, but we’re guessing it’s a pretty tiny one as well… If you’re into such handsets, the HP Palm Veer is a good option these days, with its 2.6 inch screen and new version of webOS.
