There’s a recent rumor floating around, saying that Sony Ericsson might prepare a return of the Walkman brand, through a brand new Android model. Supposedly, the image below shows the box of the handset, that resembles the design of the Xperia X8 very much. Also, it turns out that we’ll this product launched this month or in May.
Not only the design of the Xperia X8 was kept, but also its specs, so the device, dubbed W15 right now will come with a 600MHz CPU, 3 inch HVGA screen and a 3.2 megapixel camera. Rumors say that the device will use a customized interface and a specialized audio chip, with support for lossless codecs. Is this a real product, a prototype or simply a rumor?
