Nokia C2-06 isn’t a name you’re familiar with and this is normal, considering that the device hasn’t even been announced yet. We’re dealing with a low end dual SIM model here, one that will probably reach third world countries with a reasonable price. It runs Symbian Series 40 6th Edition, apparently and comes with a resistive touch display.
The people who have had the chance to use a Nokia X3-02 unit say that its resistive display is far superior to the one on Nokia C2-06, but this is a low end model after all. The idea of using a slider design with a numeric keyboard and touch display seems pretty old-school and this unit doesn’t even have 3G or WiFi, in case you’re wondering.
Last, we learn that there’s a 2 megapixel camera at the back without flash, so with all these modest hardware specifications, the price should be kept down.
