Thanks to the guys of Mobilissimo.ro we learned that this dude tried to connect his Yahoo Messenger for Android app to Facebook and received an insulting description for the service. While some rushed to blame Yahoo Romania, since this is the Romanian version of the app, there were speculations that this is in fact a Google conspiracy, seeing that this is a Yahoo app on Google’s Android.
Translating the following description roughly, it goes something like this:
“Now you can chat like a stinking, sh*thead and fagg*t cow with your friends on Facebook and Yahoo! Messenger”. Way to go Yahoo! It’s most likely the fault of some poorly paid translators, who decided to pull a prank on Yahoo Romania… Meanwhile, the company’s Customer Care service in UK & Ireland answered, quoting bugs and malfunctioning.
Can this be considered a late April Fools??
