HTC Hero S has just been confirmed for launch on US Cellular next month, together with other devices such as Wildfire S and the Flyer tablet. We remind you that Hero S was recently confirmed and it’s a pretty appealing device, even if you disregard the hot product it follows.

We’re talking Gingerbread here, on top of a 1.2GHz CPU, a 4 inch QHD display and a 1,520 mAh battery. The 5MP camera is pretty much a given, as well as the 1.3MP camera at the front for videocall purposes. Hero S will be sold by US Cellular for $200 after rebates and with contract offers. The Flyer will go for $400, while the Wildfire S will cost $80.

US Cellular also has a plan to go with these products: the $79.99 Primary Plus Plan, with 5GB of data with unlimited text, picture and video messaging. 450 minutes of voice, free incoming calls, free nights and weekends and free mobile to mobile calls sound just about right.
