Hours ago AT&T let loose the fresh HTC 8X, going for $99.99 on a 2 year commitment, in two color versions: California Blue and Limelight (yellow). The price mentioned before applies to the 8GB version of the phone, while the 16 GB one will set you back $199.99 in the blue version.
The limelight 8GB version is exclusive to AT&T, so you won’t find it anyplace else. Word has it that AT&T’s exclusive Nokia Lumia 920 is also gearing up for a launch this Sunday. HTC 8X is a model that was announced in September, one of the first wave WP8 devices, that measures 10.1 mm in thickness, weighs 130 grams and packs a S-LCD2 4.3 inch display with 720p resolution. There’s also Beats Audio on board, 1 GB of RAM, HSPA+, LTE, Bluetooth 3.1, an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash and 1080p video capture.
Inside we’ve got a dual core Krait Snapdragon 1.5 GHz processor and Adreno 225 GPU. This device is powered by a Li-Ion 1800 mAh battery and other colors that you’ll find it in are flame red and graphite black.
