If you’ve got $199 to spare, you can go ahead and preorder the Samsung Galaxy S4, available from today on AT&T (preorder only). It appears that the product will be shipped on April 30th, which means two weeks from now.

ATTSGS4

People can choose between the white frost and black mist color versions for the phone, both available with 16 GB of storage. The $199.99 price tag applies to a 2 year contract on AT&T, while a 1 year commitment brings the price up to $449.99. Finally, if you want the handset without any strings attached, you’ll have to pay $639.99 for it.

Just so you know, the handset packs a 1.9 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 CPU and a 5 inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, plus 2 GB of RAM and a 13 megapixel camera. The phone has a 2,600 mAh battery and if you want to wait for the Exynos 5 Octa version, I suggest you don’t, since that version has production problems.
