We already tested the ZTE Grand X In, the first Intel-based handset we got to handle and I have to say we were moderately impressed by it. The price was particularly appealing, but it was a single core phone with a lot of punch. And now we have a follow-up…
I’m talking about the just launched ZTE Grand X2 In, that comes with an Intel Clover Trail+ Atom CPU. The device packs a 4.5 inch 720p display and runs Android Jelly Bean. It relies on the Atom Z2580 2 GHz CPU and it has an interesting camera, with zero shutter lag, image stabilization and 24 frames per second burst mode shooting.
Upfront we’ve got a 1 MP camera, while at the back there’s an 8 megapixel shooter and other specs include 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage. There’s also a microSD card slot on board and a 2000 mAh battery. ZTE Grand X2 In is expected to come to Europe in Q3 and to the rest of the world later on.
