It’s announcement week, just 6 days before the debut of MWC 2009 and we’ll be seeing more and more new handsets, among which there’s the hot mid-range Sony Ericsson C903. Announced today, the Cyber-shot handset is a cameraphone featuring a 5 megapixel camera with auto focus, Smile Shutter, face detection, flash and Image stabilizer.

C903 also packs aGPS and supports photo geotaging, plus it uses Google Maps and Wayfinder Navigator to help you find your way around the town. The new Cyber-shot is a quad-band device, that supports 850/900/1800/1900 and UMTS/HSPA 900/2100 connectivity. The handset’s display is a 2.4 inches screen with a 240 x 320 pixels resolution and it’s also scratch-resistant.

SE’s brand new cameraphone comes with 105MB of internal memory, but also features a Memory Stick Micro (M2) slot, video blogging support, video recording, a media player, Bluetooth stereo (A2DP), the Access NetFront web browser, email, picture messaging, YouTube and 3D games. C903 will be available starting Q2 in black, white and red.
