The Meizu MX3 is, from what I know the only non Samsung phone out there to get an Exynos 5 Octa processor inside and that’s a big deal. Also, if you look at the history of Meizu, you’ll see that they have a passion for original designs. If we judge by the leak below, the newcomer MX3 may be very interesting…
These renders may in fact be only concepts, created by Jason Chen, who signed them, but they may be inspired by the real thing. Meizu has gone a long way from being an Apple iPhone clone maker, but some design elements are still borrowed from the iPhone and in this case a bit from HTC Hero. You can notice an illuminated Home LED key, which is a nice touch.
The Meizu MX3 features a 5.1 inch Full HD display, an Exynos 5 Octa processor, 2 GB of RAM and it measures a mere 8 mm in thickness. It runs Flyme 3.0 OS, a custom version of Android with slight iOS similarities. This model is rumored to come in 32, 64 and 128 GB versions and pack a 13 megapixel camera.
