Lenovo debuted this week in China a brand new smartphone dubbed Vibe X, that stands out through a very slim waistline of a mere 6.9 mm in thickness. It weighs 121 grams and it’s pictured below.

The Lenovo Vibe X packs a 5 inch Full HD display, so it fits the profile of a modern flagship phone. It integrates a front 5 MP shooter and a back 13 megapixel camera. Vibe X relies on a quad core MediaTek 1.5 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, as well as a 2000 mAh battery, which is a bit low capacity for such a handset.

The screen on board is an IPS and we know that the camera app bundled here has a face beautify feature, plus the ability to organize pics with tags and folders. Vibe X uses a polycarbonate body, with chrome accents on the side and for some reason I think we’re in for a long wait before this comes to Europe.
