Samsung has unveiled a new handset, this time one that debuted on the Brazilian market. The new model is Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim and it has been quietly launched, without a special event or even a special announcement.
The newcomer has specs that are inferior to the original Galaxy S3, just so you know. This model comes with Android 4.2, a 4.5 inch display with a 960 x 540 pixel resolution and 8 GB of storage. It also has 1 GB of RAM and a quad core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. We have no idea what the CPU’s identity is, but I’m guessing Exynos.
At the back we’ve got a 5 megapixel camera and upfront a VGA one. The handset comes in black and white color versions and we expect its price to be pretty low, perhaps in the area of $250 or even less. So far only Brazil seems to get the product, but I expect to see it on other markets as well.
