Recently, according to the guys from CNMO, on the chinese market a new Philips device was launched. This one is named Philips S301 and it has a $70 pricetag for the moment. Even if the price make us think that we won’t get decent specs, you might think wrong.
Philips S301 offers a 4-inch IPS display with a 480 x 800 pixel resolution, a dual-core MediaTek MT6572M processor clocked at 1 GHz, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of storage, a 5-megapixel camera on the back with autofocus and LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front facing camera.
We also find out that Philips S301 comes with YunOS UI and a 1400 mAh battery unit. For the moment, Philips S301 will have a special pricetag of only $70 thanks to a promotion. After this special offer ends, the price will be just $96.
