Looking forward to checking the G2 out? HTC’s second Android phone is very, very much like the Dream G1, only that it lacks the physical QWERTY keyboard and it packs double the amount of ROM. Here’s what the G2 is all about, in a detailed hands on video:

The two main attributes of the handset, that you can notice in the video above are its virtual QWERTY keyboard and the ability to record video, at last available on an Android handset. The on-screen virtual keyboard behaves nicely and seems pretty responsive, while the interface also seems a tad faster than the one on the G1.

Keep in mind that this is not the final product, so the HTC Magic could be even better, when it launches.
