Today, a new mid-range phone from Asus, more precisely the ZenFone X002 showed up in the GFXBench database, revealing some of its specs as well as its connectivity features. Like other devices from the ZenFone range, we expect that this one to arrive at an accessible price on the market.

As you can see, the Asus X002 comes with a 4.6-inch HD display (1.280 x 720 pixels), an octa-core 64-bit MT6752 processor from MediaTek clocked at 1.5 GHz (8 ARM Cortex-A53 cores), 1 GB of RAM memory, a 8-megapixel main camera that can record videos in 4K Ultra HD resolution and Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system.

On the connectivity side we’ll have 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, a 3.5-mm audio jack and a microUSB v2.0 port. It remains to see when Asus will officially unveil this new device.
