Through a press report unveiled yesterday by the research company IHS iSuppli, we get to know that the Chinese electronic manufacturer Xiaomi is now on the 3rd place in the top of the world’s biggest smartphone producers available on the market.
This report unveils the fact that in the third quarter of this year, Xiaomi managed to sell almost 19 milion smartphones, followed by Lenovo, a producer who shipped in the same quarter 16.8 milion smartphone devices. As you may know, last year, Lenovo was the one on the 3rd place but now things has changed.
In terms of history, you must find out that Xiaomi was launched back in 2010, and after two years of the debut on the market, the company sold 5.7 milion smartphones, followed by 18.7 milion smartphones last year. Are you currently owning a Xiaomi device?
