Chinese company DOOV made the news once or twice before, courtesy of a flip camera mechanism, that was quite unique on the market. Today we uncover a new handset of theirs, the DOOV iSuper S3, packing a LED flash at the front.
This model does LTE and GSM and it’s a smartphone for women, as the maker itself states. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and uses a quad core 1.3 GHz processor. The iSuper S3 is dangerously close to the definition of a phablet, but not quite, at 5.3 inches in diagonal. Its screen is an IPS LCD with a 720p resolution and both the back and front camera have 8 megapixel resolutions, confirming the identity of a selfie phone here.
Also, both cameras have LED flashes and other specs include Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi b/g/n, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage and a 2460 mAh battery. The DOOV phone is only available in white and it has all the odds to remain on the Chinese market alone. I can’t understand why people would want flashes in their eyes…
