Something called Project Zero is happening at Samsung and it’s apparently a big deal, since they are going to use that initiative to remake the Galaxy S from scratch. The folks of Sammobile have scored some info about the future flagship, that is going to be called Galaxy S6 after all.
The device will also get a sidekick, the Galaxy S6 Edge, that’s also in the making right now. It will continue and expand on the notion of a side display, like the one present on the Galaxy Note Edge. Still, the S6 Edge is merely speculation for now, while the Galaxy S6 is a sure thing and the source even has some specs for this flagship, predictable ones, I have to say.
Apparently, the smartphone will get a Quad HD screen, with unknown diagonal and a 64 bit Exynos 7420 or Snapdragon 810 processor, as well as a 16 or 20 megapixel camera at the back. The front side will integrate a 5 megapixel shooter, while storage will be available in 32, 64 or 128 GB versions. If the Galaxy S6 Edge does exist, it will come in a limited edition and in a limited number of countries.
What do you think of these plans?
