Chinese company TCL has debuted a new handset, the TCL i718M model, complete with TD-LTE support. This device is designed for the feminine public and it comes with Android 4.4.x KitKat and a 64 bit Mediatek processor.

Said CPU is the MediaTek MT6752M and it’s clocked at 1.5 GHz. This model has an 8 megapixel front camera for selfies and a back 13 MP camera with a beautiful crystal adornment around it. TCL i718M will offer GSM support, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. The phone has a 3500 mAh battery and it comes in two colors: cherry tree, which is basically pink and white.

Notice how the back of the phone feels like a purse, while the sides seem to be made of metal. Interestingly enough, the capacitive buttons are shaped liked the Android 5.0 Lollipop virtual buttons, a trend I’ve spotted quite a bit over the past months. Is this a sign of things to come?
