Pinnacle Africa has debuted a dual SIM Windows Phone device, that packs a 4 inch screen and is dubbed Proline SP4. This is a low cost model that will debut in stores on January 30th and it will cost a mere $86.

The product comes with a 4 inch display, a quad core Snapdragon processor and a 1950 mAh battery. There are two SIM slots on board and the OS is Windows Phone 8.1. Proline SP4 has the ability of having two SIMs active at the same time and you can specify which SIM will take over data and which will handle the cellular features.

This handset comes in white, orange or green and features interchangeable covers. Proline SP4 measures 10.6 mm in thickness, weighs 125 grams and supports a 480 x 800 pixel resolution. At the back there’s a 4 MP camera, while upfront there’s a 0.3 MP shooter and the list of specs includes 4 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, Adreno 302 GPU and 512 MB of RAM.
