Today not only Meizu announced a new device, but also Xolo, producer that unveiled the Q520s, a dual-SIM smartphone with low-end specs. In spite of its hardware package, the new Xolo Q520s looks pretty interesting from the design point of view, bringing a back cover with a metallic texture.
Xolo Q520s packs a 4 inch IPS WVGA display with a 800 x 480 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 233 pi, a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, and 512 MB of RAM memory. There’s also a Mali-400MP2 GPU and 4 GB space of inbuilt storage that can be expanded with up to 32 GB through a microSD card.
Other specs include a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and several features like scene detection, face detection, geo-tagging, or HDR, a VGA front-facing sensor, and 3G connectivity. On the connectivity side we get WiFi, a microUSB v2.0 port, and Bluetooth 4.0. Xolo Q520s arrives with a 1820 mAh battery and it will be available in black for a $92 price tag.
