Yesterday on January 30, FCC published the certification documents for another Kyocera phone, more precisely for the Kyocera KC-S701. This new device seems to be a rugged phone that will offer water/dust and anti-shock protection.

We get to know that the phone received certification for Bluetooth, Wireless LAN, NFC and 4G LTE connectivity. The phone is expected to run Android 4.4 KitKat and to bring a 3.000 mAh Lithium-Ion battery. According to FCC, this Kyocera smartphone will be introduced on the European market.

In terms of dimensions, Kyocera KC-S701 rugged phone measures 136 mm in length, 69 mm in width and 13.5 mm in thickness. It remains to see when Kyocera will officially announce this device and how much it will cost.
