Nokia 5800 XpressMusic (Tube) was first seen in the latest instalment in the Batman series, The Dark Knight, where it appeared for a few seconds. Since then we’ve seen hundreds of concepts, speculated on the device and seen its official announcement. Now it hits the media again, in Britney’s latest video, Womanizer.
Talk about marketing… Apple may be using a huge marketing machine to sell the iPhone and it may have been “casted” in a couple of TV shows, but Nokia sure has a way with popular media phenomena. Movie hit? Checked! Pop hit? Checked! Now let’s see Nokia 5800 XpressMusic in Far Cry 2 and we’re done!
