Sharp and the carrier NTT DoCoMo are prepping a new flip phone called Aquos Mobile SH-06G, for launch on June 26th. The handset is a midrange phone with a flip format, that’s very popular in Japan.
It will come with Android 4.4.4 KitKat and rely on a 3.4 inch LCD screen with a 540 x 960 pixel resolution. Specs also include a 5 megapixel main camera and we’ve also got WCDMA support on board, Bluetooth 4.0 and the famous One Seg TV is also here, as well as the ISDB-T communication system. To top it all, there’s a waterproof and dust proof case in the mix.
This modest model’s battery pack is a 1410 mAh unit and back to the display, it uses PureLED technology, making the red hues brighter. Energy saving featuers are also included and predictive text input, as well as a large dictionary will be in the mix too.
