Recently we’ve learned that Oppo debuted the low end handset Oppo Mirror 3 in Taiwan and now it appears that in July we’ll see the Mirror 5s debuting in the same region. The price applied for that model isn’t known yet.

Oppo Mirror 5s comes with a 5 inch 720p screen, as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, clocked at 1.2 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. 16 GB of storage are inside, as well as a microSD card slot, a 5 megapixel front camera and 8 megapixel main shooter. There should be a 2420 mAh battery in the mix, support for Bluetooth 4.0, OTG, dual SIM dual standby support and 4G LTE connectivity.

Oppo Mirror 5s runs Android 5.1 with the Color OS 2.1 UI on top and stands out through a slim waistline of 7.6 mm and a nice pattern at the back. Its back side imitates the look of a diamond, but unlike the HTC Touch Diamond it just looks it and doesn’t have sharp edges protruding from the back.
