The handset packs a 4.5 inch 480 x 854 pixel display, with a density of 218 ppi. Inside we find a 1.3 GHz quad core processor, 512 MB of RAM and 8 GB of storage. Lava Iris Atom 2 has a microSD card slot as well and its actual price tag is $75. Other specs include a 5 megapixel main camera, with HDR and panorama, plus a VGA selfie shooter.

This model has a 1750 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat, with support for an upgrade to Android 5.1 Lollipop. On the connectivity front we get 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth. Considering its specs and small diagonal, this model goes against rivals like the Micromax Canvas Spark and ZTE Blade Qlux.
