A new handset has received the FCC certification today, the Hyundai L575 model, that’s pictured below. This device has an interesting design, with a glass panel front and back, feeling more like an Xperia than anything else.

It has been certified for use on Bluetooth and WiFi networks, in case you’re wondering. This model passed FCC certifications on August 28th, as Hyundai L575 and just so you know, this is not the same Hyundai that makes cars. The product runs Android and sadly we don’t have a specs list for it, so all we can do is speculate. It supports LTE Cat 4, which means download speeds of up to 150 Mbps.

From what I can see the screen upfront is an edge to edge affair and the design is rather narrow, so I’m expecting flagship-level specs here. Interestingly, production of this model is handled by Gionee in China, so both quality and a very small waistline are ensured.
