Softbank and Willcom Okinawa announced today that they’re going to launch a new Android smartphone under the brand LUMIERE on the 24th of the month. The device will be priced at $302 and it will be based on the Huawei P8 Lite.
This handset comes in white, black and three shades of gold, but only the white model will be released next week. The other versions will come in early November. The Lumiere is 7.7 mm thin and packs a 5 inch HD screen, as well as an octa core HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor, 2 GB of RAM and a 13 megapixel back camera, plus a front 5 MP shooter. The camera comes with features like Beauty Mode and Perfect Selfie, to name just two.
This product weighs 131 grams and it comes as a SIM-free device, that at first sight seems to adopt the same UI as the Huawei P8 Lite. You can check out the review of the handset on our website and know that we found it satisfying, at least camera-wise.
