Samsung Galaxy J3 was previously certified by TENAA and 3C earlier this month and today it’s been pretty much officially unveiled, since it’s shown on Samsung China’s website. The product is only listed in a China Telecom version, by the way.
This product keeps the basic specs setup of the J3 model that got certified by the FCC under the SM-J3109 codename. On board we find a quad core 1.2 GHz processor, a 5 inch 720p Super AMOLED display and 1.5 GB of RAM. There’s also 8 GB of storage, a microSD card slot and a 2600 mAh battery, plus an 8 megapixel back camera.
For selfies we get a 5 MP shooter and the whole product weighs 138 grams and measures 7.9 mm in thickness. It’s quite an elegant phone and adopts the lines of a Galaxy S model maybe, with those slightly rounded edges. The OS should be Android 5.1.1, but not by means of official listing, but rather as certified by TENAA. It’s important to mention that the Galaxy J3 comes with the Milk Music app preinstalled.
