Tomorrow is November 24th, a very important day for Xiaomi, that has a big event scheduled then. That event has been associated with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro, the Xiaomi Mi 5 and recently with the Mi Pad 2 tablet, but today another model pops up in the same relation. It’s the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, that has been confirmed by its maker.

It appears that the device that was leaked and teased as the Redmi Note 2 Pro is in fact the Redmi Note 3, so this makes sense. This is the successor to the Redmi Note 2 that debuted in August and it’s teased in the image above. It will come in gold, silver and grey, with an unibody metal build and a fingerprint sensor at the back.

This is a dual SIM phone, with MIUI 7 on top of Lollipop and a main 13 megapixel camera with dual tone flash. Finally, Redmi Note 3 packs a 5 MP selfie shooter and offers support for 4G LTE connectivity.

The handset measures 8.75 mm in thickness and weighs 165.97 grams.
