After a long time of teasers and leaked images arrived on the web, today the Chinese company Vivo revealed its latest mobile device called Vivo X6. And this one arrives alongside a phablet variant called X6Plus that you can admire down below. Both these devices are offering a uni-body metallic casing, one made out of anodized aluminum-magnesium alloy.
The first one called Vivo X6, is a 5.2-inch compact device that packs a Super AMOLED Full HD panel (1920 x 1080 pixels), an 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, 4 GB of RAM memory and a microUSB v2.0 port. There’s 32 GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot up to 128 GB, and dual-SIM support.
We get a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with autofocus and LED flash, a 8-megapixel front-facing sensor, A-GPS, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, a fingerprint scanner placed on the back right under the camera sensor, and a 2400 mAh battery that offers support for Quick Charging technology. Vivo X6 is a 6.56 mm thin phone that weighs just 135.5 grams.
On the other hand, Vivo X6Plus is a big 5.7 inch phablet that brings pretty much the same in terms of the hardware package. We have a Super AMOLED Full HD display, an octa-core Mediatek MT6752 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, 4 GB of RAM memory, 64 GB space of internal storage, dual-SIM support and a microSD card slot up to 128 GB. A fingerprint scanner is also on-board.
This phablet offers 4G LTE connectivity, a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED-flash, a 8-megapixel front-facing camera and Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with FunTouch OS custom interface. Beside being a phablet, Vivo X6Plus is also a music companion, one that offers a ES9028 DAC audio chip, an ES9603 audio amplifier and a YAMAHA YSS-205X surround audio chip.
You must know that Vivo X6Plus will be available in two different variants, one with 3000 mAh battery in the package and priced at $469, and another one with 4000 mAh battery and sold for $500. For the 5.2 inch smartphone we must pay about $389.
