Nokia N86, the company’s first 8 megapixel cameraphone is now available globally and it’s even shipping in the US, showing the Finns’ newfound love for America. Meanwhile, the N97 is also getting ready for launch and we’ll see it in stores worldwide this month.
Nokia N86 packs an 8MP camera and it’s a slider with variable aperture, a mechanical shutter and automatic motion blur reduction. There’s also an 8GB internal memory on board and a microSD slot, if you want more storage space.
Moving on to the N97, it’ll start selling this month in over 75 countries, bringing its 3.5 touch display, QWERTY keyboard and customizable home screen to your local shops. The handset will also provide instant access to all of the Ovi services and it comes with widgets that allow the user to access social networking sites and news services, plus shopping and weather info.
The N97 features 32GB of storage, plus 16GB more via its microSD slot and its users will be able to download tunes from the Nokia Music Store, in the almost impossible attempt to fill the memory of the handset. More details about the N97 can be found here.
