We knew that Xiaomi was preparing 5 more phones for this year, according to its very own founder, Lei Jun and today we learn more details about one of the newcomers. I’m talking about the Xiaomi Redmi Pro, a dual camera phone pictured below.

Xiaomi-Redmi-Pro-1

This device is coming on July 27th and it was previously leaked under the moniker Xiaomi Redmi 4. In the meantime, aside from leaking in pictures that reveal its dual camera, it also leaked in GeekBench 3, with extra details. It’s pretty similar to the Redmi Note 3, but the fingerprint scanner is replaced by the second camera. The print sensor is probably moved at the front, integrated within the Home button.

Xiaomi-Redmi-Pro-2

The Xiaomi Redmi Pro adopts a metal body, that’s very shiny and looks chromed, while the speaker is moved from the rear to the bottom edge. The GeekBench leak mentions a deca core Helio X25 CPU, 4 GB of RAM and rumors talk about up to 128 GB of storage, aside from the basic 32 GB version. The OS of choice is Android 6.0 Marshmallow here, with MIUI 8 on top.

No info on the price just yet.
