The Xiaomi Mi 5S Plus brings up the game, with a 5.7 inch 2.5D curved screen, a Snapdragon 821 CPU and a dual 13 MP camera setup. There’s also a dual tone LED flash, PDAF, 4K video and the same front camera as the Mi 5S. This model runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with MIUI 8 on top and lets you choose between a version with 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM. 4G LTE is here as well, plus that fingerprint scanner. This model is priced starting at $344 for the 4 GB RAM model and $389 for the 6 GB RAM one. Availability happens from September 29th.

Mi 5S is available in gray, silver, gold and rose gold and the same colors are available for the larger model. It’s interesting to notice that the dual camera setup works like the one on the Huawei P9, as one camera captures color images and the other only black and white pics. There’s no Bayer filter here, though and no Leica tech.
